Connection setup

Use this page on the Mac running the accounting automation. The owner must sign in to the local dashboard to create or renew the QuickBooks connection.

Open local connection settings

If the dashboard does not open, start n8n on the automation Mac. Do not enter your QuickBooks password on this website; QuickBooks authorization takes place on Intuit’s sign-in page.

The integration is still being configured. Connecting an account does not enable automatic posting.
